Stretching Classes
Stretching is very useful to prevent tension but it is important is to stretch the right way. Yoga is popular nowadays but it does not necessary appeal to everyone. At Magic Fingers, stretching has been a part of our daily life for 15 years and our new location gives us the ability to share it with a maximum of 5 people at time. We will make sure every one is stretching the proper way.
