by restoring proper alignment and balance to the body.

 despite treatments, exercises, or rest.


What Is the Egoscue Method?

The Egoscue Method is a posture-based therapy that focuses

on correcting musculoskeletal imbalances through specific,

targeted movements called E-cises (Egoscue exercises).

Rather than treating symptoms, this method looks

at why the body is out of alignment and helps it return to its natural, pain-free position.

When posture improves:

  • Joints move more efficiently
  • Muscles can relax and work as intended
  • Pressure on nerves and joints is reduced
  • Pain often decreases naturally

My Personal Experience

I discovered the Egoscue Method after years of working with bodies —

including my own — through injury, compensation, and chronic tension.

For the past several months, I have been applying this method on myself

while completing my certification, and the results have been profound.

I am experiencing improved alignment, reduced pain, and a renewed sense of trust in my body.

This personal journey is what inspired me to bring postural therapy to my clients.

Your program begins with a 90-minute initial assessment, where we:

  • Review your health and injury history

once a week Follow-up sessions (60 minutes) focus on:

  • Refining your personalized exercises
